Patina Bodywork

Patina bodywork is created by restoring the original paintwork and retaining the age, character and vintage appearance of the finish. Patina is preserved and enhanced on steel bodywork by the use of clear-coats in various finishes. On aluminium bodywork we use paint finishing compounds and waxes to achieve a similar effect. We are able to recreate Patina on a panel that has been restored or damaged to blend in with the rest of the vehicle.

Fabrication

We are able to fabricate, brackets, tanks, roof racks, folding roofs and overland storage to suit your vehicle needs. We are able to design and help with the layout of your Land Rover or Range Rover.

Specialising in early Land Rovers we have restored many Series ones including 48 model year up to late 58 station wagons this includes series 2, 2A and 3 on which we have carried out patina restorations, full restorations and chassis changes. We can help you get the best out of your Series LandRover, and we can build any enhancements into the restoration project.

We have also restored many early 90/110 to a high stand retaining original paintwork where possible, as well as chassis swops and full ground up restorations or part-restorations.

Part Fabrication

We are also able to do part restoration of your Land Rover including helping complete unfinished projects.

Bulkhead and B post on station wagons are also some of the many tasks we have taken on over the years. As well as door replacement and refurbishment.

We have been refinishing Range Rover classic for of 15 years, some of most interesting and historical has been through our hands. We can carry out body and chassis repairs, right through to full restorations. We have the knowledge and the skill to make sure its right first time.
